wow! I think this is your best work in 3d, so far! I realy like those ambient colors, try to use those soft diffuse lights with a nice dreamy glow myself too... good job there! Your model is very nice too, I like the lil details... beautiful realsitic textures you got there! i see us used jsut a lil dof, looks great! It should be a lil stronger though, but then ofcourse it would be a waste of the nice subwoofer model in the back..
Maybe you should experiment a lil bit more with your composition, it can be more exciting... It was hard fo me to separate the objects from one another... you also chose for an a-techtonic composition by cutting of the speaker, thy to rasterize it a lil... i would love to see the results! and like try to tilt the camera a lil, so you get some diagonals.. maybe then you can experiment with the dof too, the results will be amazingly more realistic!
Thanks a lot. I am glad I have asked you for your opinion. I got some good tips from you.
Also agree that it's my best 3d so far. Will experiment more. Actually, I am not good in using DOF, but I'll try to experiment more and read a couple of tuts on it.
I will surely let you know when I get some results
look this up: [link] You probably use vray... this method increases rendertime insanely!!! I use this method a lot, very easy (is you know your way around in ps) check it out: [link]
Thank you for the links! I already read the tutorial from vry-elite some time ago, it's quite good, but I finde my own settings more practical and faster. I did some testrenders with a test scene and got some good results. Now I have to try it on my "Creative" sound system scene
The second link is new for me. I will definitly read it carefully to learn that technique in PS. Thanks a lot.
